Welcome to Juniper Therapy
As a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, I offer talking therapies to support you in all aspects around sex and relationships and the myriad of ways that these aspects may be impacting your life. Therapy can be either individual or with your partner(s).
Are you experiencing problems with sex or difficulties in your relationships? I work collaboratively with clients who want to explore their experiences around sex, sexual function or their relationship(s) to better understand how their thoughts, experiences and beliefs may be affecting any past or current issues.
When people present to therapy, my priority is to make them feel safe and heard. I am committed to empowering clients to understand their authentic selves and to be able to move forward with healthy, fulfilling lives. As your therapist, I will be led by you as you share your story and shape your goals and desires. I will meet you where you’re at and support you as you reach towards your personal or relationship potential.
I offer both online and face to face sessions (In Amersham and Aylesbury).
If you want to know if we’re the right fit to work together please contact me to arrange a free 20 minute meeting to discuss your needs.
Services
Sex Therapy
Psychosexual or sex therapy is a type of talking therapy that can help people to better understand their relationship with sex and their bodies and to work towards the types of sex they do or don’t want to be having. It may be that there is a specific problem or fear or something that is impacting your relationships. I offer a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, to think about what you want and how best to achieve it.
Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy can be useful for all types of relationships. Whether you’re just starting out or have been together for many years, relationships can be rewarding, exciting, but can also hold many challenges. Relationship therapy provides you with the time to explore these challenges with your partner(s) in a safe space; to have the opportunity to really hear and understand each other’s perspectives, and to give the relationship the opportunity to grow.
About me
I have many years of experience of working in sexual health, both in the NHS and in private practice. I can understand that talking about sex and relationships can feel daunting and it is essential that you find someone you feel comfortable with. But whether working online or in-person, I aim to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can explore at your own pace.
I completed my training at the Contemporary Institute of Contemporary Sexology and I am registered with the College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (COSRT).

Why juniper?
The Juniper tree symbolises physical and emotional healing, helping to restore balance, hope, and vitality. The juniper represents quiet resilience and spiritual toughness. It reminds us that we can withstand life’s trials with dignity and calm. Juniper’s sharp scent and evergreen needles are associated with clarity of thought, clearing mental fog, enhancing intuition, and seeing through illusion.
At Juniper Therapy these are values that I embrace and share with my clients to create a space that is healing, hopeful and encouraging of strength and resilience.
